Problem to send Camera input signal to Nx Server

Dear Nx Team,

Currently we have problem to send Camera input signal to Nx Server.

The input event is logged as usual in the ODM, but Nx cannot receive the input signal from the camera.

Kindly advise. The details are as below:

Nx Version: 4.1.0.31398

Tiandy Kernel Version: NVSS_V20.0.2.20191128_SP1
