We have some problem about camera disconnected event
AnsweredDear Developer,
We found that the camera disconnection event will be received after the camera is turned off.
In the following picture, we turned off the camera at 18:15, but Nx server still received the camera disconnection event after 7:43.
We want to know how to avoid receiving wrong events, Thanks.

Hi Chung I-Chia,
Thanks for your feedback. There are two possibilities.
1) This is likely due to the "Aggregation" of the event. When you set up the event-rules, there would be an option called "Interval". The option means that the event would do the action you assigned once within the period.
For example, if the camera rule is set to "When a camera is offline, write the event to the event log, and the interval is 6 hours" Let us say you have a camera offline event at 12:00, then with 12:00 ~ 18:00, no matter how many times the camera online/offline, you would have one event only.
Please check your event rules and let us know if this is the case you faced.2) Another possibility - You can check if the "Auto-discovery" is enabled or disabled.
We found under some conditions and "Auto-discover is disabled", the event log would be disappeared.
This is a known issue on v4.1.0, and we are fixing it.
The issue would be solved and the fix will be released on v4.1.0 monthly patch on 2020/September.Please let us know if you have any questions.
