"Finishing systems merge"... for the past month

A few months ago, I had some troubles with one of our systems. There's a long support ticket related to that (it was related to restoring an individual server config that was a part of a larger, multi-server cloud system). Since then, I've been unable to access the system via nxvms.com, I just get the message, "Finishing systems merge". Even by API call to the system, I am seeing that it is not yet fully merged:

Andrey. The ticket that I replied to had the detail specifics of the previously problem. It was several months ago, and I haven’t used nxvms.com since remerging the systems.

Is Cambodia the target system or the source system in your merge attempt?
When you log into Nx Desktop do you see all the servers in one system? Are all the servers accessible and manageable?0 -
What is the status? Do you still need help with this issue?
