    Hi Cary,

    Could you share more detailed information of this case? We are not able to identify the problem if the information is not enough or not clear.

    Likely you can answer the question below:

    1). Do all servers (offline and online) display the same IP address?

    2). Do all data still exist when you logged into the online server?

    3). Is server installed in the physical machine or virtual machine?

    4). What is the reproduce steps and unexpected result?

     

    Additionally, please upgrade your Nx server to the 4.1 release version. We now provide limited support for 4.0 since 4.1 has been released.
