Switch server from X86 to ARM

As the ARM based systems are getting more and more powerful, I'm considering a replacement of my recording system (Proliant Microserver) with an ARM based system. I have the 8 camera starter kit license. I see that the single cam licenses are sold in an X86 and ARM (Edge) Variant. Would my 8 cam starter kit license even work on ARM?

  Hi Harald,

  From version 4.0+ you can use your licenses on ARM as well and the edge licenses were deprecated.

  Be aware that each licence has a limitation of 3 time activation maximum.

  Since ARM requires some additional steps to avoid corruption of the SD card I would recommend resolving this first before moving to ARM completely.
