    Can you try to upgrade the camera to the latest available firmware? The latest firmware known to us is V5.4.5 build 170323. 

    If the issue still occurs after the upgrade, you can try to remove the camera and add it again, either automatically (preferred) or manually.

    If you performed these steps and it still fails, I can move this issue into a support ticket, and we'll request you to forward the device, so we can add it to our test environment and investigate the issue.
