    Hi @...,

    Can you elaborate a bit more how you run this API call? 

    Important to know is that the POS needs to exist on the disk. Otherwise, you will get an empty file. 

    So to download a 20 sec clip of today, starting at 15:05, you compose the following URL: 

    http://<SERVER-IP>:7001/hls/33f15ac2-9725-7b53-6a21-5e68518e6faf.mkv?pos=2020-06-29T15:05&duration=20

    Hi Norman,

    Below was my format:

    http://xx.xxx.xx.xxx:7001/ec2/hls/40e11a10-14b3-f05d-d0b9-26a63487af6f.mkv?pos="2020-06-29T15:34:45"&duration=20

    I can see the video at the particular time on client. Also recording is always ON.

    Thanks Norman, i realize the mistake.. Its now working. Have been trying too many Api's.

    Such thing happen to all of us. I used the URL of a different server while verifying the API call for your reply. Took a moment before I realized. ;-)
