Adding Arecont 8180 legacy MJPEG stream

I'm trying to add an Arecont 8180 (4 streams)
Each stream is a separate mjpeg stream.

When using the following URL it doesn't work

http://<IP-ADDRESS>/mjpeg1?res=full&x0=1600&y0=1200&x1=1600&y1=1200&quality=14&doublescan=0&fps=15&id=1001&ssn=1001

Even with minimum vairables, same story.
http://<IP-ADDRESS>/mjpeg1?res=full&x0=1600&y0=1200&x1=1600&y1=1200&quality=14&doublescan=0

(Where mjpeg1 is channel 1, mjpeg2 , etc..)

Basic authentication is used, reverted to admin/admin for testing.

Works fine in Chrome, Curl, FFmpeg etc... But I can't seem to add the camera.

How can I debug this?

  Can you tell us which version and build of Nx Witness you are using? And which firmware is on the camera? The latest we support is 65010. 

  Also, why use the MJPEG stream, why not allow Nx Witness to auto-discover the camera? 
  Could you display the stream through VLC?
