    Hi Stan,

    What model and firmware are you trying to add.
    Did you verify the device into our IP video supported device list? 
    Does the model number and firmware version compare to the ones in the list? 

    You added the device you wrote. Did you add it manually or through auto-discovery? 

    Is there an option to forward the device, so we can add it to our test environment?
