    Hi Miguel,

    The message indicates that the client cannot display the video in time when client request the video data from the server. Then the data is dropping to a queue. Once the queue is large enough, the frames are dropped.

    It might be caused by that he Nx client is installed on a weak machine(For example, the CPU is Atom or Celeron). Since stream decoding needs to use CPU, it is likely that the machine CPU cannot afford it. You could monitor the CPU usage of the client machine and check if the CPU is usually high.
