hi,

the stream's sound wont play on NX,but the same rtsp URL could work fine on VLC,including sounds,what can i do abt that,THX

  Hi Ting Chiao Lai,

  You could try to change the codec to a compatible format for Nx Witness. 
  If it still fails, please try the Onvif Device Test Tool and run the audio check and share the output of the test with us. 
  Depending of the results, we might be able to make it work.

  Hi Ting Chiao Lai,

  This is the right log and it turns out that Audio fails through Onvif. 

  Please share the log file with your supplier of the device and ask them to provide firmware that enables Audio through Onvif. 

  If they don't have other firmware, you could add the device as an RTSP stream, but there is no guarantee for success since it depends on how the Audio is added to the RTSP stream. In general, the RTSP streams solely stream the video.
