NX cloud doesn't load and accessing videos

    Hi Akshay,

    Both features should work just fine. You should be able to see the virtual cameras and USB cameras through the cloud. 
    Can you share the cloud ID (in text) so we can check a bit more? You can find the cloud Id at the following location: 

    1. Log in to Nx Cloud (https://nxvms.com/systems
    2. Select the target System (the System you'd like send API calls to)
    3. In the browser check the URL - the cloudSystemId is the long string after https://nxvms.com/systems/

    Thanks for the response. I actually shifted from nxvms to meta.nx.vms and I am still facing the same issue.

    with the id being: 4f295f14-c969-4c76-a801-7bbffd958b1e 

    from NX Meta vms , I have connected successfully, also activated the trial license. 

    please let me know why I'm still facing the same issue.

    Hi Akshay,

    Please confirm that you still have the VMS running with the cloud is being 4f295f14-c969-4c76-a801-7bbffd958b1e.

    Also, if possible, please provide the full VMS version and the public IP of the server

    hello Andrey, I installed the version of VMS that is present under the "Patches" tab in the download section and this issue was resolved. Thanks for the help.
