Camera stream to cloud is slow and showing error

Hi All,

I have added a android phone and iphone as streaming sources in nx server. I used apps for phone streaming purpose. It is streaming properly in my Nx local client app. But when view the stream from Cloud it is very slow and shows error after some time. But my usb camera streaming fine in the cloud 

Any help is greatly appreciated

  Hi Sebastian,

  The cloud is always slower than a local system. It all depends on the number of hops a connection takes. If the phone is on its own network, it likely has to pass more hops and therefore more delay is likely to occur.
