4.1- push notifications pre-release

Hi,

I understand push notifications is scheduled for release mid-year(ish).

Due to various governments enforcing business close down/isolation (and other governments hinting that they may move down that track)- is it possible to bring the release forward, so we can update clients to enable business owners to increase protection of their empty businesses?

  Hi Glynn,

  Our team is working hard to finalize v4.1 and push notifications were brought forward from v4.2 to v4.1. 
  In the meantime, people can set up email rules and receive the notifications instantly on your phone if you have email setup (and who hasn't nowadays) or you can create your own push notification via various tools like: 

  • Zapier.com
  • Pushingbox.com
  • Pushover.net
  • Ifttt.com
  • NxBot

  We have a job that we are working on a need the notifications to contain specific data. It would be nice to be able to use "Tags" to customized the notification sent in the notification. For example.

  "Motion has been detected at <Date> <Time > on Camera <CameraID>. See the attached screenshot to verify.

  <(CameraID)Image>"

  The ability to send a screenshot of the event in the notification is also very important.
