    Hi Alexis,

    HERE you can see an overview of codecs we support. 

    Most likely the chosen audio format is incorrectly implemented in the camera. You good verify this with the Onvif Test Tool (not the Onvif Device Manager) is you have this tool available. 

    You could try to use another audio codec that is available in the Hikvision settings.
