    Hi Corey,

    Someone should have register it somewhere. Did you ask your supplier? 
    When you installed Nx Witness fresh and share the hardware ID with your supplier, they should be able to see which licenses are connected to the hardware ID and could deactivate the licenses so you can activate them to the new system.

    Is there no way of obtaining the license from the manufacturer, is it not registered to my email address or user name?

    Hi Corey,

    We register to which reseller we sold the licenses, but in general we do not know to whom the reseller sold the licenses. 

    If you share the hwid, I could check which reseller you could contact if you like?
