  Could you please describe the issue you are having with getting events from the Eclipse Camera?

  Camera model?

  Is is listed as supported https://nxvms.com/ipvd?search=eclipse ?

  Yes, all of them listed there....

  All show video at the moment.....on SPECTRUM

  Not able to get EVENTS

  Please describe your Event Rules setup

  Also make sure the input signals are recognized on the web page.

  Hi Rick,

  Network Optix doesn't have the option of phone support. But since you are using DW Spectrum, you could reach out to Digital Watchdog who does offer phone support.

  Any chance of getting set up procedures from NX ?   Really need help....My Dealer is Demanding and needs to get events ....

  any cheat sheet or steps he can take ???

  Hi Rick,

  I'm not familiar with the Eclipse cameras, but many cameras have the option of sending http events, which can be received as generic event in our software.
