Cant Start Client

Ubuntu 14.04 is OS, Server is running after update to 3.2, but I cannot get the client to startup and cant find logging to see why.

Hi 14.04 LTS isn't a supported OS anymore and I do recommend to update it to 18.04 LTS.

Be sure to deactivate your licenses and write them down somewhere since the hwid will change due to the OS upgrade.

Once you upgrade the OS to 18.04 and Nx Witness to 4.0, you can add the licences again to the system and they will be tied to the hwid again. Remember that you can activate and deactivate the licences without any problems up to 3 times.

2 Licences disconnected, the other two said that they had a different HWID, so was unable to disconnect them , Can I email support to have them re allocated for the NX Server.

Hi Selwyn,

In such case, please reach out to your supplier of the licenses.
They are able to reallocate the licenses for you.
