cameras not always record

Hi, 

 

We have 3 camera's from uniview and one PTZ from hikvision the hikvision works perfect.

But now since a couple of months the uniview camera's work for 2 days then the motion recording stops for a couple of the days so there is no recording, after those days suddenly it works again...

  Hi Bert,

  It is related to the Uniview cameras - they stream "broken" frames time to time and the software cannot parse those frames. Each time it happens, the timestamps are shifted a little bit. The more such frames are streamed, the more the delta is and this can be spotted on motion. At some point the delta between the timestamps is so big, that the motion is detected incorrectly and the recording is not triggered at all.

  We just released a emergancy patch (minimal tested) which should circumvent the UNV issue. 

  Please update the systems and monitor it for a while. You can use the following in-client upgrade credentials:
