    Hi Jay,

    The cloud is constantly under development and I'm sure someday we will support such function, but currently, we don't. 

    But there is an alternative. You can reach the Nx WebAdmin through the cloud proxy with the following URL: 

    https://<cloud-ID>.relay.vmsproxy.com/

    The URL would look like something like this: 

    https://f483d4cc-5d1c-4142-baec-22840a6b539a.relay.vmsproxy.com/

    How to find your CloudId? 

    1. Open your browser and navigate to the Nx Cloud Portal (http://nxvms.com)
    2. Login to your Nx Cloud Account.
    3. You will see the portal and the system tiles on your screen.
    4. Click on the System that you want the Cloud System ID of.
    5. The Cloud System ID is found in the URL and appended to “systems/
    Example: https://nxvms.com/systems/3770508e-569a-423b-a61a-a85abb0ffff2

    Cloud System ID is : 3770508e-569a-423b-a61a-a85abb0ffff2

    When you are in the WebAdmin through the cloud in the View tab you click on the gears on the top right and a menu appears and you select Camera Details

    After you set the right time in the timeline and paused the video, you set the Duration (in seconds) and in Download, you select High or Low for the Primary stream of the secondary stream to download and the file will be download in the *.MKV file format.
