Hi there, Don’t know if this is the best way to ask for features but here we are. At the moment the iOS app uses multiple languages for me I want everything in English but some menus are in Dutch. Also, aside of the do not save password, there is no protection in the app. Maybe adding a option for a pincode/fingerprint/face id would be a great addition.

  Thank you for reaching out. This is the perfect place to submit such requests. 

  Could you send me some screenshots to show what is Dutch and what is English? 
  Everything should be in Dutch when your OS is in Dutch and English when your OS is in English 

  Are you using Nx Mobile 19.6? 

  So in this situation I assume iOS is in Dutch and therefore Nx Mobile should be Dutch and when parts are in English it means that I forgot to translate a bit. But according to our localization tool it should be 100% translated.

  Ah oké, I rather have everything in English is possible but indeed my phone settings are “forced” in Dutch.
  The only bit of text what is English is the “Your System” if logged in with the NS cloud.

  I understand what you are saying and I will provide your feedback to our dev team. 
  But I need to be honest as well, I do not expect it will change soon.

  Hi there,
  Well I appreciate the honesty, and I’m not surprised.
  I work as a developer myself I know how long things can take, especially if the company want other things/features/bugs done first.
  But I truly think the authentication is a great feature to have in the app, and I’m happy if it’s noted somewhere.
