Hi, I have Multiple GeoVision cameras disconnected many times.. I’ve tried to upgrade firmware bu still no luck Have you ever get across that issue before?   Hi Maor,

  I do not recall such an issue for that specific camera, but yes it happens sometimes. 

  The best practice would be to run Wireshark on the server NIC to check and analyze the network communication between the server application and camera.
