Hello,

We have licenses for 142 cameras in University Seminar Kibbutzim. 3 servers and 141 cameras.

Monitoring system: Windows 10, Android.

But we have small problem, don’t find how we can download video from archive in Android App.

Andoid app support download record file?

  Hello Aleksey

  Unfortunately there is no option to download the footage from mobile clients. You will have to use Export feature in the desktop client.

  Sorry for the delay. We do not plan to introduce the feature at least by 2020 Q3. 

  After that, we plan to introduce universal "share" mechanisms for all platforms.

  Hi Sergey,

   

  One of our customer is also looking for this feature to exporting video from mobile app.  Are you saying that you will have this feature around Q3 2020?  or you have another plan to achieve like "plan to introduce universal "share" mechanisms for all platforms."
