Cameras randomly stop to stream to the server but don't show video loss. After a reboot of the several all cameras stream to the media server again however now big chunks of video show missing on the server.

Anyone having the same issues? Just started to happen on a newer server with Ubuntu 18 and DW4.0

  Hey Duncan - have you tried reindexing the archive. This should bring back any video which is showing up as inaccessible assuming it's still in the archive.

  Right Click on Server --> Server Settings dialog --> Storage Management tab --> Reindex Archive button

  Thanks. I tried that and it everything was working for about 3 days and now the same issue has happened. Is there an error log that I can take a look at? There are not errors showing in the client software.

  Can you downgrade from version 4 to 3.2?
