Mobile App on Iphone

I have issue with 2 sites and access on Iphone app,

If im on wifi cameras not load i can see preview screenshots and browse recording but live video not loading.

All works on desktop app.

I did try to reinstall app delete accounts etc.

Hi Robert,

Can you provide more information regarding the iPhones?
The latest release iOs might cause some issues on some models and we are collecting information regarding which models and iOs version are affected so we can resolve it asap.

iPhone 11Pro, IOS 13.1.2

Seems like H264 streams are affected, h265 and mjpeg works.

Same issue here with iPhone app not working anymore. I'm using iOS 13.1.2 on a iPhone 11.

The app opens up and you can see the video image but it's very low quality/grainy and you can't view any earlier recording (even a few seconds earlier).

I take it it must be an issue with iOS 13 and compatibility?

Hi Robert and Ivan,

We just published the new iOS today, it will take some days before Apple approves it and after that you should be able to use Nx again with your iPhone 11 and iOS 13.x.x.

Do you have any idea when Wave Wisnet app will be upgraded?
