    Hi Robert,

    Please check the resolution of your secondary stream, most likely the resolution exceeds 1024x768.

    Hello,

    My stream 640x360 196kbps 7fps
    I did reset camera settings and seems to fix the issue. Strange, I notice camera had few profiles for streams from Digital Watchdog I had installed previously.
    Can I set the software to take motion data processed on camera or server based motion detection is sufficient?

    Hi Robert, 

    Please take notice that you should connect a camera to only one NVR or VMS at once, or you should enable 'Keep camera stream and profile setting...' in the Expert tab of the Camera Setting menu. Otherwise, each NVR or VMS interfere with each other while they try to push different settings and profiles to the same camera. 

    I would use server-side motion detection since it offers you the possibility to have various levels of sensitivity in 1 scene.
