Fresh install retaining old info

Somehow lost access to my cameras. Nothing listed under resources. Tried uninstall including removing folders and files associated manually. Fresh install still leaves sign in credentials. Created new windows user and install with no issues, cameras  work fine. Is there something in the regedit somewhere or something I'm missing?

  Hi Stewart,

  If auto-discovery is enabled and your cameras are om the same subnet, they should be found. 
  I would recommend to reach out to your supplier for a more thorough investigation. 

  Regedit isn't something you would need for any installation. There are rare cases where whe use Regedit to change some settings, but in general, these are OS related (e.g. log-level adjustment). 

  You also could check what is going on in the network with the help of Wireshark.
