Would like to see an admin management feature that allows for the admins to provide regular authorisations for access to the system. Optional weekly (1,2,or 3) or monthly (1,2,or 3) email to ask admin to authorise the system users by following a link

This would allow for previous employees to be removed from the system to prevent continued access for systems where ther is no real management of users

  Unfortunately, such features are not being worked on at the moment. We understand your eagerness to have this request implemented, so we will take your feedback into account for future feature discussions.

  Currently, the best and most viable option is to add (and remove) users via LDAP.

  In addition to this idea, maybe have the option to disable an operator who has been inactive for a period of time. IE operator doesn't log in for x days, weeks or months the disable them - this could then be an email alert sent to the system admin to follow up.
