Can you please add Advanced PTZ functionality for the Hikvision DS-2DF8836IV-AELW?

  Although my reply is a bit late, I would like to inform you that according to our Support IP Video Device list, this device should be able to be controlled via Advanced PTZ. 

  If you experience any issues, please let me know, and we will check if we can resolve it.
