Assign HotKeys to Saved Layouts

Hello All,
A nice feature would be to allow hotkey bindings too layouts under the layouts options menu. you can assign ID/etc.. but being able to assign keys like F1-F10 would allow people monitoring the systems with a large amount of camera's to quickly navigate to layouts in certain area's when calls come in of a possible issue.

This sounds like a reasonable request. Not sure if it is feasible, but it will be discussed internally.
What you can do is assign layouts to soft triggers so you can open another layout by pressing the corresponding soft trigger.
Here an example of how this can be done: LINKIn the future, you also will be able to build soft trigger panels in order that the soft trigger isn't depending on a camera anymore.

Has there been anymore talks on this ? For us and certainly others I'm sure this would be an advantage if needed. Just to allow a key bind to shared layouts . Our situation is we cover a large area of CBD, and from the operators point of view they might not be 100% familiar with the area, so if I call comes in talking about area X. At least we can hot bar the F1-12 keys to these layouts. we can have labels on the keyboard for the user to follow to bring up the area's they need quickly. with out having to go through the menus on the left. Also did the soft trigger panels without a camera happen ?

Currently, there won't be hotkeys bound to an action, such as opening a layout, since the impact on the core of our software is too big.
Regarding the soft triggers panels. This is currently worked on and at this stage expected to be added in a future release.

Hi Norman, we are trying to find soft trigger panels in 5.0 beta - are they available for testing ? Please let me know, what is the progress in this case ?

Please check the release notes of the 5.0 Beta version to understand which New Features are available in 5.0 Beta. Soft Trigger panels didn't make it to 5.0. An option for now could be the use of creating a simple button panel in Node-RED (You can change to English on the top right of the article) which can be used with the desktop client as a webpage.
I'll ask our dev team if this is currently developed and get back at you.

Yes, the link at my.networkoptix.com works fine for me (after login). Thx.
The link at nxvms.com didn't work (http 404 error), even if I login to cloud in my web browser (nxvms.com portal). I have seen this problem before, it looks like this page is hidden or protected somehow.
