Add ability to request "bookmark info" in exported videos.

I like that bookmark exports have the "bookmark info" overlay but normal exports do not.
I know it is possible to export a video for any time period but this does not include the "bookmark info" overlay. I would like to include the details of the "generic event" that spawned the bookmark recording which is included in the "bookmark info".
Use-case - I have a series of bookmark recordings created from receiving three generic events for "crossed line" then another for "motion" then another for when the object exits the zone of interest. The recordings may or may not overlap (depending on the speed of the object). I would like to export a contiguous video that includes the "bookmark info" overlay.

In addition, some people use bookmarks to add data, such as LPR, POS, etc to the video, either automatically or manually. This data NEEDS to be included in the export as part of the evidence. There is an action to force acknowledge. The operator can then enter text to ack the alarm and it is stored as a bookmark. If the bookmark is not stored in the export, the evidence doesn't follow.
