Hikvision Intrusion Detection Analytics Integration DW Spectrum

I am having issues getting the Intrusion Detection analytic from Hikvision cameras integrated into DW Spectrum 3.2. All of the other analytics work, except for the Intrusion. When I create an Analytics Event, choose the Hikvision camera in question, then click the drop box for Event Type, all of the Hikvision analytics are shown, except for Intrusion Detection.

  Hi Jon,

  We integrated the following in-camera events for Hikvision based on ISAPI - July 2018;

  • Loitering detection
  • Intrusion detection
  • Group detection
  • Video loss detection
  • Rapid move detection
  • Parking detection
  • Face detection
  • Virtual line crossing
  • Entering the area
  • Exiting the area
  • Audio exception
  • Tampering detection
  • Defocusing detection
  • Motion detection
  • Unattended baggage
  • Object removal/attended baggage
  • Scene changed
  • LPR (for the DS-2CD4A26FWD-(IZHS)(LZS)/P)

  As you can see, intrusion should be part of it. But we have noticed that Hikvision continues to develop their ISAPI document and slight changes might occur. 

  For Nx Witness 4.0 we made some changes to the integration to be compliant with the applicable ISAPI. 

  I would recommend to test it again with the 4.0 Beta or to downgrade the cameras to the firmware of the cameras to the version that was available on July 2018.

  Thanks for the reply. We were hoping Spectrum 4.0 would be released by now since they announced it at ISC this spring.
