    Hi Lazer,

    My apologies for the delay. 

    Most likely there is a conflict between Nx and the camera. 

    If you change the compression method in the Desktop client, the desktop client send an api call to the camera so it should change in the camera as well. 

    I would recommend to use the latest patch of Nx Witness and use the latest firmware for this camera. If the issue still occurs, please reach out to your supplier and ask them to submit a support ticket about this ticket and please forward the camera so we can add it to our systems for further investigations.
