SubDivision of Network issues Events
AnsweredThe "network Issue" event t the moment covers both the RTP packet Loss and also the No Data received.
In some systems, I want to send a notification when I get the "No Data Received" to a specific email to get immediate response, and I want to send the RTP Packet Losses to a different email, that I will use for network analysis.
At the moment I have no choice but to keep receiving both the RTP Packet Losses and the "No Data Received" and other "network issues" all at the same time.
It would be interesting to break down the different "network issues" and be able to select them.
Consider having a "List Box" on the event advanced form where you can select one or more of the multiple "Network Events" so you can better setup the events.

Miguel,
Our logic was not to create too many types of e-mail. And we think the above 2 events very indicates almost the same issues( not technically, but form users point of view).
What's your reason to split 2 events? What do you need it for more? ( so we understand your story better)
