Sample Analytics Plugin not working

I have downloaded Sample Analytics Plugin and successfully built the .dll file using visualstudio. I copied the sample_analytics_plugin.dll file to the folder "C:\Program Files\Network Optix\Nx Witness\MediaServer\plugins" then restarted the Network Optix Media Server. But checking the plugin on the server and on the camera, there is no this plugin.

Sample Analytics Plugin I got from nx optix page, nx witness is using 6.0.6.41837. I restarted the whole server and made sure the file was in the plugins folder
