Administrator Mobile App

I’m not sure this is doable but is there the possibility of making an administrator's app or adding admin features to the mobile app? Some features I’d like to see would be the ability to add and set up cameras and add/remove users. 

The use case for this would be if an administrator of the system needs to make a change on their system but doesn’t have access to a computer. For example, our electrician installed a camera and I had to remote into one of the servers via teamviewer on my iPhone to add the camera.
