Integration Hikvision ACS to Nx Witness VMS

I currently use Nx Witness version 4.2 at my workplace, but will be upgrading to version 5.1. I want to implement synchronization or integration between the Nx system and the ACS. In this scenario, when an employee accesses an Access Control machine, the CCTV camera located nearby will create a bookmark/snapshot in Nx. All ACS logs, whether access is granted or denied, will still create bookmarks and snapshots in Nx.

The ACS I use is the Hikvision DS-K1T671MF.

Is this possible? If so, how?

  The devices you mentioned are not listed in our official supported device list. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean they won’t work; it may simply be that they haven’t been widely used with our VMS.

  Compatibility often depends on the device’s firmware. If the devices operate similarly to standard Hikvision cameras and use the same ISAPI API for Events, the requested functionality should be available. We recommend confirming this with Hikvision directly, or alternatively, you can try connecting the devices to our VMS and test the functionality yourself.
