    Hi Michael 

    This issue is typically caused by a mismatch between the timestamp of the detected event and the timestamp used for the bounding boxes.

    Please ensure you are running the latest version of Nx Witness (currently 6.0.5) and that your camera is updated with the latest firmware. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your local Nx Witness reseller for further investigation to determine whether the cause lies with the camera or the VMS.
