Managing Expectations
Pinned CompletedHello,
We genuinely appreciate every idea, suggestion, and request we receive from our customers. Your feedback gives us valuable insight into how our products are being used in real-world scenarios and helps us better understand where improvements might create the most impact. It’s this input that ensures we stay closely connected to the needs of our community and continue building solutions that truly matter.
That said, we also want to be transparent about how we handle feature requests. While every request is carefully reviewed and documented, we’re not able to provide specific updates, timelines, or commitments on when (or if) a particular feature will be delivered. The reason is simple: our development priorities are shaped by a mix of factors, including rapidly changing market demands, technical feasibility, and our long-term product vision. These priorities can shift over time, and as such, we need to maintain flexibility to ensure we’re building the right things at the right time.
What we can promise is that your voice matters. Each piece of feedback becomes part of the conversation during our regular planning cycles, when we evaluate what should be included in upcoming versions. By combining customer insights with broader strategic goals, we make sure that the features we deliver provide real, lasting value—not just in the short term, but well into the future.
In short: while we can’t promise direct follow-ups or fixed timelines for every feature request, you can be assured that your feedback is always seen, always valued, and always plays a role in shaping the evolution of our product.
