NX Client crashes after starting
CompletedHi team,
We have a client machine that upon opening the software - will sit open if idle. however when a camera is selected to view either live or in playback, the application will crash, with no error pop up or anything. Its almost like it was closed.
We have tried the latest version and rolling back, with no avail, it also happens regardless if connecting via a cloud or local account.
System details below.

Hi Josh,
We've already received tons of issues related to the Nvidia graphics driver on OpenGL, including client crashes, freezes, or memory leaks. To improve the user experience, we plan to enable the Direct3D rendering mode by default in the next major release(v6.1). At the moment, you can switch it manually via the server configuration files. For the details and instructions, please refer to the article here.
Once you switch to the Direct3D mode successfully, you should see theRHI backend: D3D11under the About page:
