Provision-ISR switching to sub stream

I have a Provision-ISR newly installed on a server and I have noticed on three occasions that the camera switches to a low resolution stream on live view and playback. Rebooting the camera corrects the issue.
This has happened on July 11th, July 15th and August 7th all at the same exact time of day. 7:49am
When I look at the camera log in the camera it shows activity listed as Video Config Change at that time.
The VMS camera event log shows 5 entries of connection to camera was unexpectedly closed followed by endless entries of RTP error in primary stream until the camera is rebooted.
Is the VMS making these changes to the camera configuration and if so why?
I am testing the Keep camera stream setting enabled to see if that corrects the issue.

Thank you for your post. In short, yes, if you have it configured to allow the system to optimize cameras then this may happen depending on the camera vendor/model. Though in general, we'd need more information to identify if this is the root cause or not.
The keep camera settings option likely will prevent this from occurring again for you, but please let us know if that turns out to not be the case.
