Hi Team,

We are deploying more of TandemVu and PanoVu cameras from Hikvision and would like to know the best method to utilize the integrated smart (VCA) rules on these cameras.

Each detection method (line crossing, intrusion) allows 4 rules to be setup per sensor, but in NX rules engine, we are unable to map these to 4 different events > action rules

For eg: if we want to setup 3 line crossing events and trigger 3 different webhooks via http post, how do we do this? How do we map a rule from camera to a single rule in NX?

  Hi Charm Abeywardana,

  Please check THIS support article, particularly step 9. With the help of the mentioned placeholders, you can create different Do HTTPS requests, based on the content. 

  Please note, that the placeholder differs per Event; Analytics Event or Generic Events. 

  So, in case of Object Analytics Detected events, you need to send the default HTTPS request back to the Server, receive it as a Generic Event and send the Do HTTPS request with the desired placeholder (Source, Caption or Description) to the 3rd party application.
