Hello!

I wonder if it is now possible to send SIA DC-09 from nx embedded cameras or nx servers and if so how do you do it?

  Hi Daniel Rank,

  SIA DC-09 is an event report protocol, typically used by intrusion systems, and we don't have such feature in our VMS. The most common practice is adding an Event from the VMS to an intrusion system.

  For example, via the I/O of the cameras or an I/O module connected to the intrusion system 
  
  Event = Analytics Object Detected >>> Action = Camera output
  
  The output is connect to an input of the intrusion system, and that way the event is send via SIA DC-09 to the ARC. 
  
  The other way around is also possible; 

  An output of the intrusion system is connected to an Camera input; 

  Event = Camera Input >>> Action = Open Alarm Layout
