    Hi Victor,

In the rules engine of Nx Witness you can select the applicable events:

However, I'm not sure what you mean with ‘unknown triggers’. The VMS should only trigger Action for defined, and known Events

    With kind regards.

    Hello,

I don't have any specific rules. I've tried deactivating them all, but I'm still receiving these unknown events.

By 'unknown event', I mean what you can see in screenshot 1. Ideally, I would only like to keep person and vehicle detection, without having to filter, as I currently receive around 200/300 unknown triggers per minute, which saturates the server.

I have checked all the cameras and they are all configured correctly.

Is there a way for NX either not to take unknown events just person or vehicule or to have a function that only takes events managed by a rule?

    Thanks is advanced,

    HI Victor REYSER,

The screenshot you shared, is the Object panel, and the Object panel will display ALL objects that were detected by the camera, so if you want to eliminate anything other than Person or Vehicle Detection, you should disable all other Object events in the camera.

If that isn't possible, you can set a display filter in the Object panel.

In the VMS rules engine, you can create Events to get a notification for a specific Object.
For example for Person detection only:

This way, there will be only a notification in the Notification panel if a Person is detected.

    Kind regards.

Yes, the problem was that it was saturating my server and I had a lot of bandwidth used by these cameras.

My cameras were HIKVISION, in firmware 5.7.14, after having made an update in 5.7.19 I found a normal operation of the analytical data sent by my camera.

    Thank you for your help
