    Based on the image provided, it looks like you'll need to add at least 67 license channels—these can be either Encoder License channels or Professional License channels. Additionally, please ensure that the correct credentials are entered for the device to resolve the authorization notification.

    Hi Norman, No that's not the problem, I have enough licenses, as soon as I exit the software it works and doesn't show a license issue.
