    Hello Claudius,

    I still have not put my hands on a MA9311-EHTV or a MA9312-EHTV, so I am unsure if this will fix it.

    From your description, something was changed on the camera itself, so Nx has probably changed something on the Stream Profile of the camera (Setup→Media→Media profiles), which needs to be corrected. It is possible the camera's web UI does not actually show the options to do this, and may require to Factory Default it.


    My suggestion would be to disable the “Allow System to optimize camera Setttings” before re-adding the camera to NxWitness, hoping that like this Nx will not be able to make any changes to the camera itself.

    If this doesn't solve it you can add the camera directly through RTSP, and maybe open a ticket with VIVOTEK as well.
