    Thank you for reaching out to us. We noticed that you're currently using an older version of our software, which unfortunately is no longer supported. 

    Our latest releases come with numerous improvements that could potentially resolve the reported issue you're facing. We kindly recommend updating your VMS to the latest version.

    Once you've updated, please take a moment to verify if the reported issues have been resolved. If, however, you find that the problem persists, please reach out to your authorized reseller for further investigations, also they can escalate the issue the Nx Support team.
