E-mail delayed on analytics detection

We recently installed a Vivotek FD9387-FR-v2 camera with the analytics plugin on an existing NX Witness 5.1.5.39242 setup.
When the analytics of the camera is recognizing a face in the camera, NX Witness is sending an e-mail.
But there seems to be some delay. The screenshot we receive is not the moment when the camera does the detection but 1 or 2 seconds later. Even if we play with the interval of the action, we can't get the right screenshot.
In the advanced tab of the camera, you see a small clip playing at each detection (for approx 2 seconds). Is there no possibility to send this clip by mail? Or to send a more accurate image?

Ok, some additional information, because the old topic is closed.
We tried several options:
- First to mail from NX Witness via an internal SMTP server
- Route mail via NX Cloud
Camera and time settings are ok, the mail itself is fast enough, but it is the screenshot with the detection that is 1 or 2 seconds later than the actually detection.
When we go into the Vivotek FR plugin tab, there we see the right information.
So it would be great if NX Witness would give the option to send this screenshout by mail instead of the standard mail:
