    On the server I can't find any *.backup files in the directory (C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Network Optix\Network Optix Media Server).

    Sorry, it appears the path in the manual is missing a crucial step

    The correct full path is: 

    C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Network Optix\Network Optix Media Server\backup

    This will be fixed in the manual of the next major release (v6.1).

    I looked there too. There are no files with *backup here. I have DB files. That's probably what you mean. But I can't find any regularity of 7 days. The Server runs 24/7.

    I'm missing data from May to June. How long are the files retained?

    Hi Claudius,

    The description is a bit unclear. 

    It is once every 7 days or when merging took place or when a update was applied, up to a maximum of 6 backup files.
