Not possible to merge systems

Dear Support,

I am trying to merge two new systems into an existing installation in NXVMS. I am logged in as the owner on NXVMS.com, and all three systems are online.

However, when attempting to merge, I receive the following error message:

"A server appears to be listing itself under both the selected and the current system.
Remove offline and incompatible servers from each system and try again."

I have verified that all servers are online and accessible. Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this error and guide me on how to proceed with the merge?

  Hi Jan v Gestel,

  Could it be that Servers were merged in the past? 
  Could it be a cloned Virtual Machine? 
  Could it be that the same image file was used to setup both Servers?
