Offline server alerts from Cloud service
CompletedIs there currently a feature in NX witness (Wisenet Wave in our environments) that allow notifications or emails to be sent when a server in a single server system goes offline?
I seem to recall seeing a setting for emails to come from cloud service in advanced settings. As far as I know the default is still that the notification or email will only generate when a server comes back online. We want real time notifications that a server is offline.
I know this can be accomplished with third party services like uptime robot but I’m inquiring about a native solution.
Is this currently available?

Hi Calvin Wientjes,
There is a cloud relay available to send the emails, but it still requires at least one Server in the System to be online, in order to send the email. I know there are plans to route this fully to the Cloud, but will apply to Nx Evos only.
Best practice currently is using, either at least 2 servers in a system (can be as simple as an ARM board), since it is unlikely both servers go down at the same time, unless there is a power outrage, or using 3rd party monitoring tools, like Uptime Kuma, Smart Cloud Monitor, CheckMyCCTV, etc.
Kind regards.0
